My First Vlog!

Hi everyone! My name is Mimi! A little background information about me, I am currently an incoming 3rd-year health psychology student in the physical therapy pathway at MCPHS. I decided to create this project to help give back to healthcare workers as well as those who are currently without masks in the hospital right now. I know having to acquire disposable masks can be really costly and it can also be unsustainable for the environment. I wanted to be able to give out masks for those who need them so that they have an option that will last longer and help our Earth out a bit. This project allowed me to have the freedom to create something that requires a more "hands-on" task, differentiating it from the usual textbook learning that me, as well as other students in science, are so used to. 

In return for the masks, I asked the healthcare professionals that received my donation to answer a few questions concerning their education background, work experience and COVID-19 experience. These interviews will be posted at a later date so please look out for them! Until then, I hope my few videos will give you some insight into my CCSP experience. 😊

Note: I started making the masks around the 1st week of July 2020 but this first post is a bit late because I wanted to create the blog after I finished gathering all the videos/photos!
